Expertise and evolution since 1960

Since 1960 MCA Industries has been offering expertise and evolution in the production of mechanical components, by machining cast iron and aluminium castings.

MCA Industries is a leader in the Off-Highway sector, for agriculture, construction and wind-powered vehicles.

In recent decades the company has also developed successful approaches and processes in the automotive sector and earned the trust of prestigious Italian and international manufacturers in the Luxury and SuperCar market.

MCA Industries’s strengths

Beginning in 2008-2009, despite the difficulties in the market, MCA Industries pursued its vision by introducing the concept of complex robotised Cells for machining cast iron castings, meaning it can now manage large dimensions and weights.

Our lean One-Piece Flow production approach has enabled us to improve process efficiency and ensures we can offer customers even more flexibility, capacity and competitiveness.

Since 2019, MCA Industries production machinery includes
9 Cells fully managed by anthropomorphic robots.

Synergy with other companies in the group means we have developed a vertically-integrated service with broad applications in the sector of mobility.

We are a precise strategic partner offering machined and assembled products. We use all the casting techniques process techniques of gravity and incorporate low and high die-casting pressure to ensure constant innovation and effectiveness in a market that is increasingly focused on green solutions.
