The Piccinelli family established O.M.P. Piccinelli srl since its inception, the company has produced precision mechanical components for third parties, using a variety of processes and meeting customer needs.
Meccanica Cainelli
The Cainelli family established Meccanica Cainelli srl. In the beginning it concentrated on the machining of cast iron and aluminium castings, before becoming a leader in the off-highway and automotive components market in Italy and around the world.
O.M.P. Piccinelli

Capi Group founded with entrepreneurial skills and process technological know-how, adding to the decades of experience already in its DNA. Thanks to its team and the use of cutting-edge technologies, Capi Group creates complex mechanical parts such as planetary gears and toothed components.
CPS Components
CPS Components srl was established with headquarters in Slovakia. This company specialises in the manufacture and assembly of cast iron and aluminium components aimed at the market for Northern and Eastern Europe.
Rivestcor
Rivestcor srl was established with the aim of creating more scope to provide high-end specialist products for surface anticorrosive treatments through electrolytic galvanisation and manganese phosphating.
WGT – Wuxi Gear Tech
WGT – Wuxi Gear Tech Co. born to answer about requires of the Asian (ASAP) market. Its intended specialism was the production of planetary ring gears and toothed components. The company is headquartered in Wuxi – China.
CPT – Power Transmission Center
Senior management understood the need for product testing. This led to the setting up of the CPT (Power Transmission Center), offering project endurance and endurance testing services. The unit is equipped with test benches for validation testing of components, assemblies, axles and transmissions.
Acquisition of New Olef
The desire to provide finished products drove the decision to acquire New Olef srl, a foundry established in the Brescia area in 1972. New Olef has always stood out for its capacity and entrepreneurial flair. Continuous R&D and consolidated know-how has in recent years made possible processes using gravity, mould casting and die-casting with low and high pressure technology.
Fisep
New Olef becomes majority shareholder of Fisep srl, an aluminium foundry formed in 1967. The company has an excellent reputation in the field of die-casting and hot forging of materials. The partnership between these two foundries and the Group has led to increased verticalisation of production and imported synergies of scale.
